Congratulations on your new baby bun!!! By completing your deposit or final payment, you agree to the delivery date of 8/21/18, BEFORE 8pm. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a pickup time. If this date is a conflict for you, please let me know and we can try to adjust it. Make sure to see my "Bunny Supplies List" for everything you may need.
Deposits and Payments:
Deposits and payments are refundable ONLY if you are not approved for adoption. NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES ARE CONSIDERED. If you are choosing to pay the deposit now, and the final payment at pickup, your deposit amount must be at least 50% of the purchase price of your bunny, $180. If you have paid a $50 waitlist fee, that amount will be deducted from your final payment. Payments may be made by PayPal only. If you are choosing to pay the deposit only at this time, please send payment directly through PayPal to email@example.com and include the name of your bunny in the notes. We do not carry cash! No bunny will be placed on hold under any circumstances without a deposit. All bunnies purchased must be picked up within 3 days of sale or by the expected delivery date. Anytime after this date, a fee of $10 per day will be applied. After 7 days, the bunny will be put up for sale again and the deposit and/or payment will be forfeited. If additional rabbits were purchased, you may pickup all bunnies at the latest delivery date.
By placing this payment, you agree to, at your sole expense, have your bunny inspected
within 1 week of the day he/she goes home by a vet to ensure he/she is in perfect health! Failure to do so within 1 week will void any guarantees. We guarantee that the rabbit is healthy and friendly to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. We do not guarantee gender, fertility of rabbits, their
temperament as they get older (they can be exposed to various pets, kids and other environment factors that can make them aggressive), health as they get older (lack of food, poisons, teeth problems, etc.), how it will show, or color changes as they get older (molting). If your bunny is found to have health problems within 7 days of pickup, we will replace the bunny with one of equal
value from the next litter. Sick/dead bunny must be returned within 7 days of going home-NO CASH REFUNDS . The rabbit will be inspected by our vet. If there is evidence of injury, neglect, abuse or heat stroke, this guarantee will be void.
We will not be held accountable for any veterinary/medical expenses. It is your duty to bring back or pickup a bunny. We do not ship or deliver. We do not guarantee the fertility, weight, or personality of the rabbit. It is the buyer's responsibility to meet the bunny to determine these factors.
We sex the rabbits at 3-4 weeks old, and again at 7 weeks. Mistakes can be made, so we encourage that, at the time of purchase, you also check the gender of the bunny you are purchasing before you leave. No refunds or exchanges on bunnies because of the wrong sex.
By completing this payment you agree that If for some reason you can not take care of your bunny any longer you agree to return it to TLC HOLLAND LOPS. DO NOT release your bunny! No refunds of any kind will be provided.
